    Juan and Oswaldo did a not so good install on June 1,23. Immediately after the install of the new AC unit my bill kept getting higher and higher. We finally called Duke Energy and they did a Energy check and found that the AC was leaking due to the duct around the new unit leaking. We called Juan who came back out and tried to convince me that there was no leaking. I had to physically show him the area that Duke pointed out. He then sloppily placed the mastic on that side only. Didn't even bother checking around the entire unit. Bills still kept getting higher. In July 24, I called for a service. I didn't expect Juan to show up again but here they were. Again Juan tried to convince me that there was no leak. He did a so called service and changed the filter. The filter that he used was one of ours from the garage. 10/2/24. Duke Energy came back out again for another Energy check. Guess what? It's the exact same issue,leaking all around the unit. Never again with this company. If your reading this,find a better company,one that's going to not just swapped out the unit but check for leaks around it. I'd like to give no stars but Google hasn't figured that out yet.

    The Mafer team were professionals from the start of the job to the end. My AC unit stopped cooling on a Saturday night. I called and spoke with Luis on Sunday and had an appointment Monday evening. The issue was diagnosed and they went off to find parts for the repairs. I had a Mr. Cool unit which is very difficult to find parts for locally. On Wednesday I called Luis and informed him that I would like to purchase a new unit and by the next day, Thursday which was actually the July 4th holiday I had a new unit installed before noon. I was truly grateful as the heat in Florida during the last few weeks has been unbearable. I was given a walk through and explanation of the work done and provided with tips for the up keep of the unit. My only negative on the initial visit is that the main technician speaks very little English. However to resolve that issue a phone call was made to Luis who promptly explained in English the issue and what was needed to resolve it. I used this company for the first time in 2023 and received the same great service and at price that did not break the bank. I would definitely use them again.

    My AC froze over and after it defrosted, it wasn’t cooling. I called Mafer AC and they came a few hours after to help. They fixed my issue quickly, were very thorough, and communicative.     Our experience with Mafer AC was A1+. They are not pushing you to buy, they don't offer you what you don't need. I ran out of questions and concerns with Juan, he answered everything that I asked him, and pretty fast, and if he didn't have the answer he was honest letting me know it.     They quoted me a price that beat all competitors. The day of install they kept me posted on arrival time. During the install they put down tarps on the floor to make sure the flooring was protected. They installed the unit within 3 to 4 hours. They registered the unit and emailed me the warranty for my records. I would definitely use them again.

      Juan and Oswaldo did a not so good install on June 1,23. Immediately after the install of the new AC unit my bill kept getting higher and higher. We finally called Duke Energy and they did a Energy check and found that the AC was leaking due to the duct around the new unit leaking. We called Juan who came back out and tried to convince me that there was no leaking. I had to physically show him the area that Duke pointed out. He then sloppily placed the mastic on that side only. Didn't even bother checking around the entire unit. Bills still kept getting higher. In July 24, I called for a service. I didn't expect Juan to show up again but here they were. Again Juan tried to convince me that there was no leak. He did a so called service and changed the filter. The filter that he used was one of ours from the garage. 10/2/24. Duke Energy came back out again for another Energy check. Guess what? It's the exact same issue,leaking all around the unit. Never again with this company. If your reading this,find a better company,one that's going to not just swapped out the unit but check for leaks around it. I'd like to give no stars but Google hasn't figured that out yet.

      The Mafer team were professionals from the start of the job to the end. My AC unit stopped cooling on a Saturday night. I called and spoke with Luis on Sunday and had an appointment Monday evening. The issue was diagnosed and they went off to find parts for the repairs. I had a Mr. Cool unit which is very difficult to find parts for locally. On Wednesday I called Luis and informed him that I would like to purchase a new unit and by the next day, Thursday which was actually the July 4th holiday I had a new unit installed before noon. I was truly grateful as the heat in Florida during the last few weeks has been unbearable. I was given a walk through and explanation of the work done and provided with tips for the up keep of the unit. My only negative on the initial visit is that the main technician speaks very little English. However to resolve that issue a phone call was made to Luis who promptly explained in English the issue and what was needed to resolve it. I used this company for the first time in 2023 and received the same great service and at price that did not break the bank. I would definitely use them again.

      My moms Ac broke down during hot humid ? summer, I contacted mafer thru FB and communicated with Osvaldo super informative and patient answered all questions, from one day to the next Osvaldo and Juan came and installed a new a/c at the best price ever!!! They are super efficient and know their job and enjoy providing quality service…. Very prideful and respectful. I enjoyed their company and service!!! They worked so hard they even skipped lunch and I went out and bought them some food…Super highly recommend them!!! Will be my new a/c techs from now on, they even left everything clean and did more than expected while installing a/c with adding concrete for height and made filter reachable, etc. completely reputable and a super honest company 10+ thank you so much!!!!

      Our experience with Mafer AC was A1+. They are not pushing you to buy, they don't offer you what you don't need. I ran out of questions and concerns with Juan, he answered everything that I asked him, and pretty fast, and if he didn't have the answer he was honest letting me know it. They were always on time, they worked fast, they worked clean and they worked excellent. Also, they had the best price of the three quotes that I got. Do not hesitate to get them do your AC job.       They quoted me a price that beat all competitors. The day of install they kept me posted on arrival time. During the install they put down tarps on the floor to make sure the flooring was protected. They installed the unit within 3 to 4 hours. They registered the unit and emailed me the warranty for my records. I would definitely use them again.

      Oswaldo and Juan were quick and efficient. New home owner. The a/c system had a pipe blocking the vent. Oswaldo and Juan were able to relocate the pipe successfully. Less than 30 minutes. Will be using them in the future if needed

      I was very pleased with the initial customer service experience. I had questions, and Juan took time to make sure that I understood everything about the unit I was buying, he explained why using the Carrier brand was a great choice with the pro's and con's, explained the pricing which they have great pricing, and what would be done step by step by the staff members. Also, I felt very comfortable with the staff members who was very professional, neat, and clean. I give this company straight A's and will recommend them to other home owner's that need an AC. Also, I will be calling MAFERAC to do my 2nd AC unit in the future. MAFERAC set the standard for professionalism of what other AC Company's should be doing in the AC market.
