Juan and Oswaldo did a not so good install on June 1,23. Immediately after the install of the new AC unit my bill kept getting higher and higher. We finally called Duke Energy and they did a Energy check and found that the AC was leaking due to the duct around the new unit leaking. We called Juan who came back out and tried to convince me that there was no leaking. I had to physically show him the area that Duke pointed out. He then sloppily placed the mastic on that side only. Didn't even bother checking around the entire unit. Bills still kept getting higher. In July 24, I called for a service. I didn't expect Juan to show up again but here they were. Again Juan tried to convince me that there was no leak. He did a so called service and changed the filter. The filter that he used was one of ours from the garage. 10/2/24. Duke Energy came back out again for another Energy check. Guess what? It's the exact same issue,leaking all around the unit. Never again with this company. If your reading this,find a better company,one that's going to not just swapped out the unit but check for leaks around it. I'd like to give no stars but Google hasn't figured that out yet.

I hired this company today, Sunday, to inspect my AC since two companies wanted to replace my AC and with a quick inspection they found the fault and repaired my AC without any obligation to sell anything. I recommend Oswaldo and Juan 1000% highly recommended
The Mafer team were professionals from the start of the job to the end. My AC unit stopped cooling on a Saturday night. I called and spoke with Luis on Sunday and had an appointment Monday evening. The issue was diagnosed and they went off to find parts for the repairs. I had a Mr. Cool unit which is very difficult to find parts for locally. On Wednesday I called Luis and informed him that I would like to purchase a new unit and by the next day, Thursday which was actually the July 4th holiday I had a new unit installed before noon. I was truly grateful as the heat in Florida during the last few weeks has been unbearable. I was given a walk through and explanation of the work done and provided with tips for the up keep of the unit. My only negative on the initial visit is that the main technician speaks very little English. However to resolve that issue a phone call was made to Luis who promptly explained in English the issue and what was needed to resolve it. I used this company for the first time in 2023 and received the same great service and at price that did not break the bank. I would definitely use them again.

They installed a Carrier AC a year ago and is wonderful. They were very professional and a lot of attention to detail. They also just serviced my other AC after I called them they came quickly and took care of it. My advise is to use this company EVERY TIME you need AC service. Excellent service!!!

My AC froze over and after it defrosted, it wasn’t cooling. I called Mafer AC and they came a few hours after to help. They fixed my issue quickly, were very thorough, and communicative. Our experience with Mafer AC was A1+. They are not pushing you to buy, they don't offer you what you don't need. I ran out of questions and concerns with Juan, he answered everything that I asked him, and pretty fast, and if he didn't have the answer he was honest letting me know it. They quoted me a price that beat all competitors. The day of install they kept me posted on arrival time. During the install they put down tarps on the floor to make sure the flooring was protected. They installed the unit within 3 to 4 hours. They registered the unit and emailed me the warranty for my records. I would definitely use them again.
